Our work begins with a practical question: What counts as an improvement, and for whom? A supportable decision makes its criteria explicit enough for people to examine and challenge them.
Hermod’s decision engineering platform provides a shared foundation for that work, from everyday operational and technical choices to strategic decisions. Each application gives it a vocabulary, a model, and a workflow suited to its users.
Hermod.gg applies it to League of Legends strategy. Decision Lab supports decision engineering across use cases, connecting objectives, evidence, alternatives, and review responsibilities. Both are created by Hermod Labs and built on the same platform.

Try Decision Lab’s Free personal version, now in public beta, with a decision that matters to you. Set out the objective, examine its supporting evidence, and make the open questions easier to review.
Your individual reviews use local browser storage. Create a basic report, export your work to keep a copy, and import it when you want to return to the decision.
We’re seeking pilots for the Analyst, Team, and Enterprise tiers. Analyst focuses on reusable context, templates, comparisons across cases, versioned evidence, and backups. Team adds shared responsibility and approvals recorded directly by the reviewers who make them. Enterprise focuses on organizational governance, access controls, and integrations.
Hermod.gg remains a visible application of the same foundation, serving people who want to understand and discuss team strategy. Each tool has its own audience and a direct route into the work.
